By submitting an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read the T&C and agree to them.
The purchase contract is concluded by the Seller’s confirmation of the order (usually by email) or by dispatch of the goods to the Buyer.
In justified cases (e.g. an unusual quantity or high order value), the Seller is entitled to ask the Buyer for additional confirmation of the order (by phone or email). Refusal may result in cancellation of the order.

The price stated in the e-shop is final and includes VAT, unless stated otherwise.
Prices stated in the e-shop are valid at the time the order is submitted.
Shipping costs and any fees (e.g. cash on delivery) are not included in the price of the goods and are stated at checkout before the order is submitted.
By submitting the order, the Buyer agrees to the price of the ordered goods and services, and the order becomes binding with an obligation to pay.
The invoice (tax document) is delivered to the Buyer electronically or together with the shipment (depending on the e-shop settings) and also serves for the purposes of a complaint.

The parties are obliged to notify each other of the occurrence of such an event without undue delay.

The consumer is obliged, no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the contract, to send the goods back or hand them over to the Seller.
The goods must be returned complete, undamaged, clean and in a condition corresponding to ordinary trying out. The Seller is entitled to claim a reduction in the value of the goods if they have been used beyond this extent.
The Seller will refund the consumer’s payments no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the notice of withdrawal; however, it may withhold the refund until it receives the goods or the consumer proves that they have been sent.
The costs of returning the goods are borne by the consumer, unless stated otherwise.

A used or consumed gift cannot be claimed. When withdrawing from the contract, the customer is obliged to return the gift provided with the order as well; if the gift is not returned, the Seller is entitled to take its value into account when refunding the payment.
Article XII. Personal Data Protection
The Seller processes the Buyer’s personal data in accordance with applicable legal regulations.
Detailed information on the processing of personal data is provided in the document “Personal Data Protection (GDPR)” published on the e-shop.
Personal data necessary for the delivery of goods may be provided to the carrier (Packeta) to the necessary extent.
Article XIII. Final Provisions
These T&C become valid and effective on 26 January 2026.
These T&C and the legal relationships arising from them are governed by the legal order of the Slovak Republic.
The Seller reserves the right to amend these T&C; for a specific order, the version effective at the time of its submission applies.
