What is padel?
Padel is a racket sport that combines elements of tennis and squash. It is most commonly played in doubles on a 20 × 10-meter court surrounded by walls. The ball can bounce off the walls, making rallies longer, more dynamic, and more fun. Scoring is the same as in tennis, the serve is played underhand, and most shots are technical rather than powerful. This makes padel easy to learn, suitable for all age groups, and very social.
How to choose the right padel racket?
The choice of racket depends on the player's level, playing style, and preferences.
- Beginners - we recommend lighter rackets with a round head, which provide a larger sweet spot and better control.
- Advanced players - teardrop-shaped rackets are suitable, as they offer a balanced ratio of power and control.

Experienced and professional players - they often prefer a diamond shape, which allows for maximum power but requires good technique.

What delivery methods do you offer?
We currently deliver orders exclusively via Packeta - to pickup points and Z-Boxes within Slovakia.
How long does delivery take?
We usually ship orders within 24 hours (on business days). The average delivery time within Slovakia is 2-5 business days, depending on the chosen delivery method.
When do I choose my Packeta pickup point?
You choose the specific pickup point after completing your order - directly in the order details or via an automated email from us.
Can I return or exchange the goods?
Yes. Goods purchased in our online store can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
The goods must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

What payment methods do you accept?
You can currently pay by:
- payment card (including Apple Pay, Google Pay)
- cash on delivery (€2 fee)
Can I track my order?
Yes. After handing over the shipment to the carrier (Packeta), we will send you an email with a tracking number.
Using this number, you can track the shipment on the carrier's website. The status of the shipment may be updated with a short delay after submission.
Are your padel rackets and products original?
Yes. All rackets and products in our offer are 100% original and come directly from official distributors and manufacturers. We guarantee the authenticity of the products, a full warranty, and quality that meets the standards of the brands we sell.
